NKP is a platform for a small group of aspiring designers based in London, committed to creating responsive interventions. Centred around design-build practices, we aim to shape spaces that reflect community-driven participation and enable local stories.

1 · Critical care
We advocate for the representation of marginalised voices and are committed to racial, social and environmental justice. We aim to collaborate with diverse identities to design inclusive and accessible spaces.
2 · Existing frameworks
Respecting the community’s familiar dynamics, derived from local traditions and vernacular: honouring grassroots creative outlets by designing as a response to the community’s existing social fabric.
3 · Engagement
Learning from the collaborative process of making, our approach revolves around knowledge exchange, fostering close community relationships, and empowering local agency.
4 · Health and wellbeing
By designing platforms that share and communicate lived experiences, we can shape healthier environments and a better quality of life - physically, mentally and socially.
5 · Circular systems
We aim to embrace regenerative systems as a design-build network, prioritising circular principles into material choices and design methods. We recognise our responsibility to sustainable design practices in the face of a rapidly changing global climate.
About Us
We are a group of driven architecture graduates from Central Saint Martins University, with a shared passion for design's capacity to empower and uplift, and to unite communities.
